So you have downloaded UBlockout Connector and are starting to use the app! Any information you share with us (e.g. for creating an UBlockout Connector Account) will help us to provide you with services related to UBlockout Connector and to improve them to make them even better. We explain here our ways of collecting and using information, and how we protect your privacy. Set up and log in of UBlockout Connector Account.

Sync UBlockout Connector device data.
When you synchronise the UBlockout Connector device data, we may collect data relating to your activities and functionalities of UBlockout Connector, such as those obtained from our sensors and features on UBlockout Connector, your app on/off time, and smart alarm related information.
Sharing your content.
When you share content or send information to family and friends, we may collect personal information of those people, such as their names, email addresses, telephone numbers, and mailing addresses (if we need to send a product to them). You hereby represent and warrant that you have obtained necessary consent for use of third parties’ personal data if you choose to provide them to us. Processing the services.

When you opt-in to participate in our User Experience Optimisation Program, we may gather statistics relating to your use of our products’ functions, on an anonymous basis. If there is an abnormal shutdown or breakdown, we may collect information relating to your mobile device to diagnose the problem.
When you use our services or functions that are based on location information, e.g. carry out a location search, take advantage of advertising, use weather functions, access information based on maps, etc., we may collect your geographical information.

Withdrawal of Consent

In order to conduct business operations smoothly, the UBlockout Connector entity which collects your personal data may disclose your personal data from time to time to other UBlockout Connector group companies (in communications, social media, technology or cloud business), or our third party service providers which are our mailing houses, delivery service providers, telecommunications companies, data centres, data storage facilities, and customer service providers, agents, related corporations, and/or other third parties (together “Third Party Service Providers”). Information you choose to provide to us
Location information: When you enable the positioning function of your mobile device through system authorization and use location-based services, we will collect and use your precise location information so that you can use the UBlockout Connector app to configure the network with your smart device. And when you use our astronomical time-based timer, *based on your consent*, we collect non-precise geolocation information about you. You can turn off location services in the system of your mobile device to stop our collection of your location information.
Camera Information: After enabling the camera permission, you can use this function to scan codes and take pictures/videos. Please know that even if you have agreed to enable the camera permission, we will only obtain information when you actively scan the code and shoot with the camera. You can turn off camera access in your mobile device system.
Photo/video access and upload of album (picture library/video library): You can use this function to upload your photos/pictures/videos after enabling the album permission, so as to change the user avatar/device picture/scene picture, and report the device Use the functionality of the question to provide proof. When you report a problem with your device, we will use the photos/images you upload to locate your problem. You can turn off album permissions in your mobile device's system.
Bluetooth permissions: You can enable Bluetooth functions after enabling Bluetooth permissions, including device discovery and device network configuration. Please know that even if you have agreed to enable Bluetooth permissions, we will only use Bluetooth for communication in the following scenarios: on the home page, on the Add Device page for device discovery, and on device network configuration, you can turn off the Bluetooth function in the system of your mobile device.
Additional services based on storage permissions: We apply to you for this permission in order to ensure the stable operation of the Connector APP. After you enable our permission to read/write your device storage, we will read or write necessary information such as pictures and crash log information from your device storage space to provide you with information to publish or Local recording of crash log information and other functions.
