Here’s what happens when you protect your purchase:

One of our measure experts will double check your measurements with you over a video call.

We confirm your measurements, cover any questions and review your window space for unexpected features that impact 100% blackout.

We recommend having an extra person to help during our call.

Once you’ve completed your order, you’ll receive an email from us to book in time to get your measurements. Your order won’t move into production until all measurements are finalized.

It usually takes 10-15 minutes per shade. If you have multiple shades in your order, we'll cover each of them in the same call. We will confirm all measurements in a follow-up email.

• Zoom app on your mobile device
• Another person - measuring a UBlockout shade is a two-person job
• Metal tape measure
• Credit card (or similar) + binder clip
• Something to write down your measurements
• Step ladder for hard to reach places

Customers have 14 days from the receipt of the order to inform UBlockout of any measurement errors.

Customers cannot change the product type, fitting type, or color of the replacement blinds.

Replacements are only available once.

Without Measure Guarantee, remakes may cost up to 50% of the original shade value.
