Using Your Health Account

UBlockout products are now available to purchase using Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) through our partnership with Flex payment processing.

How to Pay with HSA/FSA

  1. Add UBlockout shades to your cart and customize as needed
  2. Select "Pay with HSA/FSA" at checkout
  3. You'll be redirected to complete your purchase securely with Flex
  4. Complete a brief telehealth consult to confirm eligibility
  5. Pay with your HSA/FSA card (or use a credit card for reimbursement)

Important Information

  • No prescription required for purchase
  • Keep your receipt for potential reimbursement documentation
  • While UBlockout shades qualify under most plans, specific coverage may vary by provider
