Using Your Health Account

Ultimate Blackout Shades are now available to purchase using Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) through our partnership with Flex payment processing.

How to Pay with HSA/FSA

  1. Add Ultimate Blackout Shades to your cart (Ultimate Blackout Shade only - Lux Shades are not eligible) and customize as needed
  2. Select "Pay with HSA/FSA" at checkout
  3. You'll be redirected to complete your purchase securely with Flex
  4. Complete a brief telehealth consult to confirm eligibility
  5. Pay with your HSA/FSA card (or use a credit card for reimbursement)

Important Information

  • No prescription required for purchase
  • Keep your receipt for potential reimbursement documentation
  • While Ultimate Blackout Shades qualify under most plans, specific coverage may vary by provider
  • Light Filtering (Lux) Shades are not eligible for HSA/FSA benefits

Please note: HSA/FSA pre-tax savings via Flex apply exclusively to UBlockout's Ultimate Blackout Shade. Light Filtering (Lux) Shades do not qualify as eligible expenses under HSA or FSA plans and are excluded from this benefit. For questions regarding your plan's eligible expenses, please consult your HSA/FSA plan administrator or benefits provider.
