    <p>One of our measure experts will double check your measurements with you on a video call which takes approximately 10-15 minutes (per shade).</p>

        <li>get things right first time</li>

    <p>Our Measure Guarantee promises that the shade will be replaced if the shade does not fit or does not achieve 100% blackout.</p>
    <p>Once we confirm this is the case, we will collect the shades and work to make things right.</p>
    <p>Customers cannot change the product type, fitting type, or color of the replacement blinds.</p>
